Bruce Leininger was born and raised in New Jersey to working class parents. He worked his way through Fairleigh Dickinson University and Graduate School at Columbia University. In 1991 he moved to Dallas, Texas where he met his wife Andrea and they married in 1992. Lafayette, Louisiana, their home for the past 10 years, has a uniquely vibrant culture that meets every need. They previously lived in Pacifica, California; Frisco, Texas, and Richardson, Texas. James their son was born in 1998. Bruce also has four adult children: Eric, Andrea, Valerie, and Gregory whom he deeply loves.
Bruce is President of Accelerated Performance Resources, LLC and his company focuses on leadership development, productivity improvement, and talent retention. He is currently HR director with Rotorcraft Leasing Company.
Bruce is committed to workforce development and was a Commissioner on the Louisiana Workforce Commission and Workforce Readiness Director for the state of Louisiana. His passion is helping people find their passion and excel as productive members of society.
